Honestly Critique Your Performance – Take some time to consider the events of the day as they unfolded. Honestly assess where you fell short, but don’t beat yourself up. Rather, congratulate yourself for having the personal strength to be rigorous in this self evaluation. Then develop strategies to prevent a future similar shortfall, and congratulate yourself again for your problem solving skills. Finally, apply the new strategies. You’ll feel stronger and more confident and will increase your level of performance, and when you succeed, you can congratulate yourself again.
