That which doesn’t kill me only makes me stronger – They say the Chinese word for crisis is the same as that for opportunity. Find the silver lining in every situation. A challenge provides an opportunity for learning and can be a catalyst for improvement. Focus on that positive aspect of the challenge, rather than any unpleasantries. As long as your focus is on the positive you’ll accomplish a whole lot more and feel much better about it.
